1Who we are and what this covers

TenderCraft is an AI platform for public procurement, operated from Romania. These terms are a contract between you and TenderCraft. They cover the website at www.tendercraft.ai, the app at app.tendercraft.ai, and every feature we offer through them.

By creating an account you accept these terms and the GDPR policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

2Your account

To create an account you give us your first name, last name, and email address. That is all we require to get you started. You must be at least 18 years old and, if you register on behalf of a company, you must have the authority to accept these terms for it.

• •Accurate data: Keep your name and email up to date. We send account and tender notifications to that address.
• •One account per person: Do not share your login. Each team member needs their own account.
• •Security: You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect someone else has access.

3What you get

TenderCraft gives you four modules. What you can use depends on your plan.

We improve the platform continuously. We can add, change, or retire features. If we remove something significant from your paid plan, we will tell you by email before it happens.

4Plans and payment

• •Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT.
• •Price changes: We give you 30 days notice by email before any price change. You can cancel before it takes effect.
• •Late payment: If a payment fails we retry and email you. We can suspend access after 14 days of non payment.

5Free trial

You get 14 days to try the platform. At the end of the trial you choose a paid plan or stay on Free. One trial per company.

6Marketing emails

When you create an account you can opt in to promotional emails. This is your choice and it is not required to use TenderCraft. If you opt in, you agree that we send you commercial messages at the email address on your account.

These messages can include:

• •New features, product updates, and platform announcements.
• •Offers, discounts, and plan recommendations.
• •Educational content: guides, webinars, procurement market reports.
• •Invitations to events and surveys.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not stop service emails. Those include tender alerts you configured, password resets, invoices, and security notices. We need to send those to run your account. To stop them too, close your account.

7Analytics

We collect and keep analytics data about how the website and the platform are used. We use it to fix problems, measure performance, and decide what to build next.

• •What we measure: Pages visited, features used, session duration, referral source, approximate location by country, browser and device type.
• •Why it matters to you: Usage data tells us which parts of the product are slow or confusing, so we can fix them.
• •Your control: Analytics cookies run only with your consent. Change your mind at any time from the cookie settings, or write to contact@tendercraft.ai.

8Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Scrape, copy, or resell platform data, including competitor profiles and tender records.
• •Resell or sublicense your access, or use one account for several companies.
• •Reverse engineer the platform or try to extract our AI models.
• •Upload illegal content, malware, or documents you have no right to use.
• •Overload the infrastructure with automated requests.

We can suspend an account that breaks these rules. For serious breaches we can close it without refund.

9AI responsibility

Our AI generates compliance matrices, summaries, and technical proposals. AI output can contain errors or omissions. You remain responsible for checking every document before you submit it to a contracting authority.

We do not guarantee that you win a tender, that a bid is admissible, or that our data matches the official source at any given moment. SEAP and TED remain the authoritative sources. TenderCraft does not provide legal advice.

10Intellectual property

• •Ours: The source code, AI models, interface, brand, and aggregated data belong to TenderCraft.
• •Yours: Documents you upload stay yours. You own the proposals you generate and can use them commercially without restriction.
• •Licence to us: You give us a limited licence to process your documents so we can deliver the service. Nothing more.

11Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service on Free, Starter, or Growth. Enterprise customers can get an SLA in a separate contract. We schedule maintenance outside business hours where we can.

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost tenders, lost profit, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12Closing your account

• •You cancel: Cancel any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid. We do not refund partial months.
• •We close: We can close an account for a breach of these terms, with notice where the law requires it.
• •Your data after: Export your documents before you close. We delete personal data as described in the GDPR policy.

13Changes and governing law

We can update these terms. For significant changes we email you 30 days in advance. If you keep using the platform after a change takes effect, you accept the new version. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

Romanian law governs these terms. We try to solve any dispute by talking first. If that fails, the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protections of their country of residence, including the EU online dispute resolution platform.
